ABOUT ME

WHO AM I?

Born in 1967, I grew up on 3 continents around the Atlantic Ocean: Lisbon – my birthplace, Bissau – my childhood town, Rio de Janeiro – my teenage town. Lusophone (Portuguese – speaking), I arrived in the French-speaking world at the age of 21 to study Philosophy at the Sorbonne University in Paris.
During my 10 years in Paris, I also became interested in psychoanalysis. But it was when I arrived in Belgium in 2000 that my training as a psychotherapist and coach took shape. Over the years, I have not only trained but also specialized in solution-oriented approaches: Systemic Brief Therapy, NLP, Hypnosis, Narrative Approaches.
Today, I’m a certified trainer in all 3 fields, and I’ve been practicing as a psychotherapist and coach for over twenty years.
I am committed to accompanying people who, at some point in their lives, feel the need to be supported in making necessary changes. Pragmatism, optimism and human warmth are my mottos.
